Q Instructions With your assigned group, address the following questions briefly with a one-paragraph response for each question. Each group member needs to submit the Team Progress Report in their own assignment submission folder. Answer in question and answer format. • What team related project activity did you complete this week? • To what extent do these activities connect to your team charter? • Did your team note any connections between module content and your own project and team activity? • Do you have any concerns about a team member's (if no concerns say none and otherwise skip the questions below, if concerns address which concerns - you can skip the other concerns - and name the team member): o Contributions in a manner you felt was fair/equal/expected with respect with what needed to be done this past week? o Had ideas/helped with work during this past week? o Contributed to the write up/power points/audio, if you did that this last week, of the project in a manner which was in line with the agreed upon expectations? o Did things within the time frame agreed upon? o Did their share of initiating? o Did their part to the quality level expected? o If you had a meeting, showed up on time or let you know why they would be late/couldn't come? o Is there anything else on your team contract not covered here where your partner(s) didn't fulfill the expectations? o Anything else you want to say? o If there is a problem and you'd like me to intervene in please let me know. I will discuss it with you first before I do anything so let me know the best way to contact you. As a manager (so in this case as the teacher manager) you need to sometimes intervene in self managing teams to keep things on track. I can do that for your team if need be/you want me to do that. This week, our team completed the weekly meeting and addressed the next steps to complete the project. Due to illness, I was not in attendance for the meeting. However, the team texted me the meeting minutes and we scheduled the date for our next meeting to begin composing the PowerPoint slides and preparing for the project's presentation. A more in depth meeting will be held on Thursday, May 12th, to go over more details of the presentation, design, and timing, etc. We were able to communicate effectively even though our schedules did not align. We also clarified our team's objective for the week. We were unsure if there was a powerpoint draft that had to be presented this week, but upon emailing you Professor, it was made clear that no draft is due this week.
